Job summary
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and facilitate the WLA training;
- Attend a five (5) day training;
- Facilitate the in-person training;
- Mentor WLA attendees;
- Facilitate webinars and virtual meetings; and
- On-going support to the WLA participants.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Gender Studies, Leadership training or any other allied courses;
- Bilingual (English and French) highly desired;
- Demonstrable experience and track record in facilitation or teaching;
- Ability to work with diverse teams;
- Able to work independently and consult when necessary; and
- Well organized with an eye for detail.
